Innovation.
Every company says it wants innovation. Then the calendar fills, the process hardens, and the bold moves die in committee. Send It puts the move back in the room: one card, one decision, one action.
FOR TEAMS
Send It is a 60-minute working session. I build custom cards around your company's real decisions, then run your room through them. It's gamified cultural innovation: the challenges match the culture you want, and your team has to rise to meet them. Your people leave with moves made, not just discussed.

Every company says it wants innovation. Then the calendar fills, the process hardens, and the bold moves die in committee. Send It puts the move back in the room: one card, one decision, one action.
Your team bought the tools. Half of them aren't using them. The new hires push back, and they're not wrong. Some of this stuff is confusing. Send It turns adoption into something people play instead of a mandate they quietly ignore.
Your best people don't need motivation. They need a bigger game. Send It hands them harder cards and sharper decisions, so they keep leveling up instead of coasting.
Your pipeline is full of deals that went quiet. Nobody follows up because nobody wants the awkward call. Send It turns the follow-up into the game: the whole room pulls a card, and everybody dials.
Every card is built the same way. The Situation: what's happening in your industry. The Complication: what's already happening inside your company. The Question: the one that forces the answer. You drop the card. The room finds the move.
These are examples. Yours get built from research on your company.
No two companies get the same session. Here's how yours gets made.
We start with a conversation about your team: where they're stuck, what the next 90 days demand, and which moves keep getting avoided.
Then I study your world. Your industry, the trends shaping it, the macro forces pressing on it, your competitive landscape. Nothing generic survives this step.
I write custom cards around your team's real decisions and build the session around them. When your people draw a card, they're looking at their own work.
Pre-work
Your team gets a short pre-work exercise that surfaces the decisions they've been sitting on. They walk in already thinking.
The live event
60 minutes. It opens with the science and the storytelling: how discernment works, why innovation stalls, what it takes to move. Then the room plays.
The 30-day commitment
The session ends; the work doesn't. Your team commits for 30 days. Cards keep coming, moves get tracked, witnesses hold. Every card resolves the same way it does in Terry's 1:1 coaching: sent, or not. If not, we find out why: comfort tax, wrong card, or unclear. Then we fix it. After a while, they don't need the cards. It's just how the team operates.
Terry plays first. Then the room plays.
"I go first. You might see me drop for 10 push-ups, or call my mom to thank her for a childhood memory. I'm not preaching at anyone. We're all in this."
How discernment works, why innovation stalls, what it takes to move.
Everyone writes down the hardest thing they've already done. You read it back and remember: you're someone who does hard things. Now you're primed.
Cards drawn. Moves named out loud.
Real actions taken live in the room. Can't do it right now? Schedule it on the spot. That counts. Witnesses assigned. The 30-day commitment gets locked in.
I research your company, build custom cards around your team's real decisions, and run the 60-minute session. Interactive, team-size, built for one room.
For all-hands and conferences. The 60-minute keynote version: the test, the cards, the room moving at once.
Host rating 4.5/5. 90% said it was worth their time.
9 out of 10 would recommend to a colleague.
"Terry was wise, honest, vulnerable, funny and so captivating. I'm inspired to be better and challenge myself to step out of my comfort zones."
"I could listen to Terry talking for 6 hours straight."

24 is the sweet spot for teams. 4 to 12 works well for leadership. Both can be scaled with pre-work.
Both. Onsite at your office or offsite, or fully remote. The Verizon training ran remote and scored an NPS of 79.
Built from research on your company: your pipeline, your processes, the moves your team keeps avoiding. No generic deck.
The keynote moves a room. The workshop moves your team: smaller, interactive, custom cards, and everyone takes a real action before it ends.
That's when the real program starts: gamified cultural innovation through daily challenges and decision-making. Your team gets a custom deck built for them. For 30 days they keep pulling cards and practicing discernment. We track who is taking the challenges and why anyone isn't. If the cards aren't getting played, that tells us exactly where the next room for improvement is.
Sales leaders with stalled pipelines, L&D teams that want training people act on, founders whose team sits on decisions.
One conversation. We define the audience, the action, and the right format.
The three questions and the card are free. The keynote and the call are how I make a living.
