The Story
I had the resume everyone wanted. Adobe. Facebook. Speaking on stages. Building a business.
But behind the achievements, I was drinking every night, hiding behind titles, and living someone else’s definition of success.
Getting fired was the wake-up call. Sobriety was the first step. Then my wife got pregnant, and I thought I’d finally figured it out.
On May 29, 2017, our son TJ died during birth.
That night, standing in a hospital room holding my son’s body, everything I thought mattered stopped mattering. And everything I’d been avoiding became the only thing worth doing.
This documentary is the story of what happened next. How I rebuilt from authentic truth instead of ego. How I found my community. How one moment on stage changed everything. And how looking at my son’s tombstone forced me to answer the question we all avoid:
How do I want to be remembered?
